Cremation boxes

My involvement with woodworking has always been very personal. The work itself, the time in my quiet shop has been a primary driver for me for nearly 30 years. Of all the many things I’ve built in that time, these small boxes are some of the most important things I have made. They are for cremated remains. I’ve made them for family members and friends. I’ve also made them for people I never personally knew, but as I have made them, wondered about their lives and their experiences. It is always an emotional and meaningful experience for me to make them. I typically make them in either cherry or walnut. $500
