This small jewelry box is made of Honduras mahogany and figured maple. When I first started making furniture, I learned to cut dovetails using a western style fine-toothed backsaw. Several years ago, however, I had the opportunity to use a nice Japanese Dozuki saw, and became a convert to Japanese pull saws instantly.
